But then they would probably invade or annex New Hampshire and Maine. I'd rather keep most of NE intact for when the Northeast separates from the rest of the union and becomes it's own country.

It's not so much liking or disliking as it is a geographical advantage to annex Vermont, thereby giving them an inroads to the rest of New England. I'd hate to lose maple syrup and McLobsters (do they still have those, that always cracked me up).

What was the original topic again? Oh yeah, what it Vermont day, I still don't know. It's not like the Phillies have Delaware Day or South Jersey day, though they did have a Hawaii theme at the game today.
