I have a question about this 1987 Topps Mail In Card

I have had this for several years,I opened 15+ boxes back in 2002-2003 season and another 5-6 boxes in 2006 and i pulled this from 1 pack and have never seen another one.Can anyone say if these are rare by any means?

Actually looks like a coupon from 1987 Sportflics. Does it read Sportflics on the reverse?
I opened a zillion 1987 Topps packs and your coupon doesnt look familiar.

These are not rare. I have a 3,200 ct. box around here somewhere full of these and other similar cards (junk). I forget what they were "inserted" in, but Sportflics sounds right.

Looks like a Slurpee Disk. I opened a lot of everything in 1987, never seen one of those though.
