I bought a card on ebay that was damaged, now I have to send it back. via USPS/

What is the policy on what steps I need to follow? I understand I need to include Delivery Confirmation, but what else do I have to do? I also saved all the messages between me and the seller.

Do I just email the seller the DC number and wait? Open up a case with ebay? How does this work?

just use the ebay shipping option and DC will automatically upload. Or log into paypal and use that shipping option. Open a case so eBay is aware that you are sending the card back, then upload the tracking info.

If it is a card valued higher than $500, I would record myself putting it in an envelope and handing it to a post office employeemaking sure it was sent with signature confirmation.

No but you are talking on a public message board. If you would like your message to be private there is private messaging. Great job smashing rule #1 stupid.
