since there isn't too much traffic on the basketball boards I was hoping to get some input on this item. 2003-04 Finest Chris Anderson gold refractor #15/25. I put it up today and was shocked to see the response it has gotten so far in just a few hours. I have someone asking me to end it early. Does $75 seem unreasonable or am I possibly screwing myself out of more? Any input is appreciated and I apologize for putting this on the wrong board.

I'd do that in a heart beat, once the playoffs are over it'll be back down to a $10-15 card.

Now that it's in the right place.

Take $75 right away. That's a fantastic price for it.

I just found this, 2003-04 Chris Anderson ref #15/250 with a BIN of $150! I know it is a ridiculous amount but I may just let it ride due to the scarcity. Thanks.

$16.39 is really good early action for only a few hours.

However, I had an auction up that was at $23 after about 6 hours. It only ended at $27.

I'd say take it, but it probably wouldn't hurt you too much if you just let it ride.

I'd still take it, if they exit the playoffs in the next week you probably won't even get the guy who wins to pay anyways and Anderson won't ever maintain these prices either.

I don't know if I'd let it ride. He's getting so much attention tonight because ESPN just showed that "heart warming" story about him. People are going to forget about him tomorrow. Heck, he only started one game this year in the regular season. I'd take the $75.

I think Tomlinson21RB point was that posting this thread anywhere but the Basketball Forums is one reason why we dont have much traffic. Obviously we need people but the more you post in that forum the more it looks like there is traffic and the more people will think its the place to go :) .

Back to what Rickz was asking, Yes sell it for 75.00 and dont try and get greedy and think you can make more just running the auction. 75.00 is really good. Take it! Good luck.

$75 is a crazy good price. Im not even sure you would get $75 for a Deron Williams gold auto right now. Doubt you could get $75 for a Chis Paul gold as well. Thats a $5 card any other time.

Bingo. Glad someone got it. I know it's easier to make a smart ass comment and try to be an internet tough guy, but at least some people can put 2 and 2 together.

people are calling him the white dennis rodman. Wouldn't surprise me if this guy becomes kind of a pop culture icon in the coming months.

Did you take the money?
He told me that he didn't have the funds yet. Oh well its at $27.99 with 5 days left and 27 watchers. Either way I'm going to make a huge killing on this one, I seem to recall paying less than $3 shipped for it when I was going through my gold refractor buying phase.
