I Need Some Uploading To Youtube Webcam Help...

Okay guys on my new laptop there is a webcam, so I made a 2:24 second recap video of a couple box breaks. When I try to load to youtube I get an error, it just says 'unexpected error'. Then when I try to load it to youtube from Picasa 3 it says it has to be under 1 GB and my is 2 GB. So is there a way to make it smaller or what am I doing wrong. I know a 2:24 length video is not long at all. Any help would be appreciated, I am becoming very very frustrated...

I think it maybe, because when I save a video from my web cam, it saves as a pic file. Even though its a video, could that be?

I wanted to up this for him as I'm in a similar situation. I just got a digital camera for Christmas and made my first video. It's an AVI I think but much larger then 2MB. The video itself is 2-3 minutes long and is 27MB, haha. If anyone could link me to a site that could help or pm me with any help I'd appreciate it. I know nothing about this sort of stuff but tried Googling a few different things that didn't really help.

Not sure if its the same problem but I had that unexpected error **** and it turns out I had to publish the video in Movie Maker first.
