Ok well i figured i wait till the mail came today before id post this. I dont want to do this but its just getting ridicules so let me get into the story. Well back in the 1st week of august i decided id make this trade with some one on the site an i was all fine with this thought it would be a good deal. So i send out my part of the deal the day we make the deal he said he would send it out the next day. So i was fine with that so i go a week an he is all like i have been busy an i dont want to spend all this money for shipping( why make the deal if you dont want to ship it) so i let it slide an i was like just get it shipped please. so i give him my address an he said he got it shipped, about 4 days later he said o i need your address again it got shipped back to me so once i get your address ill send it right back out. so i get it to him an then about another week after nothing i ask him where it is an he says it should be there by Thursday well it wasn't so then he tells me ok im sorry i just havent had the time to be able to ship it out to you but on Saturday i will ship it out for sure. So i get pissed but i just want my cards so i let him ship it he said it should get here about around Thursday. Nothing on Thursday. so i wait till today to see by a chance it would be here but nope not a damn thing. So now im getting really mad because its been a MONTH and he has had all the stuff i sent him an hes sold some of it allready but do i have anything? i sure as hell dont. So as of right now i would just try an help you out by not doing any transactions with..... Mortz93. I really didnt want to make this type of rant but its getting ridicules.

Yea he added me on FB a while back an he tried to be my friend an sell me stuff so i didnt know much about the site when i did the transaction ::facepalm::

He asked me to send it as a gift on PayPal to save fees. I figured no big deal, I don't mind helping an FCB member to save on a sale. He let me know he was shipping. I hope I don't have cause for alarm with my $7 I shelled out...

That sucks. Hopefully the situation will get resolved. You should have brought this up with one of the mods on the site though and gone through them. That's usually how they want these type of situations handled.

The main reason is because nothing good really comes of these threads. People start arguing. Tell their side of the stories and call the other person a liar and it just escalates from there. So the mods want people to PM them with disputes like this so it can be handled in a private manner where there's no big fight on the forums.

Hopefully this thread doesn't continue that tradition.

You know, I thought about asking if anyone on the boards had purchases in of my recent ebay sales... so I could save fees. I just thought it would leave a huge hole for a mess.
I mean unless the buyer OFFERS and the deal is public.

Even though it was a personal payment just start a claim or call and say that the payment was an unauthorized payment. You can still get the cash back.

Actually, yes way. That's exactly what mods want people to do with personal problems with others on this site. Try to resolve it through PMs and if they can't then get the mods involved and help them resolve it. They don't want people posting stuff like this on the forum muddying things up.

I never said you were trying to fight with anyone. I'm just trying to offer some friendly advice for the future. You already posted the thread, not really much that you can do about it now. All I said is the mod staff doesn't want threads like these popping up because they usually escalate into a fight because people start throwing around accusations and resort to name calling. They never end well.

I realize you were trying to provide a heads up to other members on here and that's fine. You're just trying to do what you thought was right. I was just simply pointing out that the mods usually want you to try to resolve the issue in private with the person and if not bring it to them and hopefully it can be resolved.

For nothing came of this, and myself and another member contacted 2 mods about
the guy in my signature, he has had my card since July 25th I think.
