I never said I condone what mortz did. I never said dalton couldn't post the thread. I simply said that the mods don't want these type of threads on the board because they turn into arguments and fights and generally get people no where other than wasting their time arguing. Which is exactly what this thread has turned into.

And no, sorry, he won't be scamming me anytime soon because I don't trade with people on here or anywhere else. There is proper channels to deal with this problem. The main one being getting the mods involved in private and having them help come to a peaceable resolution. Which is what I suggested he do.

I'd give them a day or two to respond then before you completely write it off. The mods are busy and do have other things to do. If you don't hear back at all within the next day or two then I'd go to Gilmore and see if he can/will do anything. Which mod did you contact? Just curious.

After reading this, here are my thoughts:

Mortz should have sent his cards a long time ago. If he felt that they were not in the condition that they should be, he should have sent them ALL BACK after telling Dalton. A tradeback (even though mortz never sent his end) would have been fine there. After he dealt one of those cards, he accepts every card and should make sure Dalton gets everything he is supposed from the original agreement. Trying to rework a deal like that is just wrong and the mods should take care of this soon.

To DaltonB- Thank you for bringing this to our attention, as a community we need to be looking out for everyones interest's; not just our own (I think you did the right thing as I would have never known about this member's transaction "practice's" if you had not posted this thread...Something other than "sweeping these incident's under a rug" & dealing with these character's "behind a curtain" needs to be done, as it is great to have them banned but if it isn't discussed for all to see then how are our member's going to know these infraction's ever occurred down the line if they encounter these arsehole's on another board or in another online community???).
