I say Carl Pavano would be a nice fit for Boston.

I know they have some pitching in the minors,but he would cost you nothing and he has pitched very well against the NYY,TBR,DT and had a really bad outing against LAA.

Maybe the Red Sox are trying a different method besides signing every free agent or trading for every need.

Just because the Sox aren't undefeated doesn't mean they need to go out and sign a new pitcher.
