So my Mom and I began cleaning out the attic tonight, and I stumbled upon some autos in a old autograph book. I called my mom over, and she said it was some old Redskins autos she collected when they practiced in Carlisle, PA (where she grew up).

So here they are...Can anyone help identify them, and if the players were any good?

Thanks in advance!

-Ian

They all look penned in the same hand to me...

I am 100% sure they are authentic. My mom remembers meeting/greeting the players.

I just looked up Sonny Jurgensen, and just realized he is a HOF'er! Nice!

Only one I can't figure out is the upside-down one in the 2nd pic. Anyone have any ideas?

Here's a link to the roster I was using: 1967 Washington Redskins

And I don't know who that Roland Rogers is.

Another update:

Bill Clay was drafted by the Redskins in the 4th round of the 1966 NFL Draft.

Dont know why he was not on the 1967 roster. Traded? Injured Reserve?

Great and extremely interesting find just in the attic! I can't help but wonder how many people are sitting on treasure troves but don't even know what they've got.
