I thought I was being fairly reasonable in my emails to him, so I just didn't know what to say, but at this point, even if he does pay, I'll just refund him.

These are the type of people that ruin ebay. NO WAY would I send this jerk the cards...only problem is that you're probably going to get a negative out of it, because HE IS CRAZY. If/when that happens I would contact ebay and show them his crazy messages, hopefully that would negate any negative feedback he may give for his ridiculousness.
