I think I got a couple of steals (USA related)

Picked up these cards during the last couple of days, will get a legitimate scan of the Tate up when it arrives.

A quick review on two cards from the same set that ended on Ebay last night.

Harold Martinez 3 color patch = $84

I'm especially pumped about the Tate.

Nice Tate, I saw that sell, but didn't see it listed. The last two to sell were I think around $130ish to JP and then $180ish to Wossa!!!

I added a scan of the Garfield I also got. I think he's ranked about 63rd in terms of HS players.

I'm not sure if I like this set as an investment (they've been really heating up) or simply because they are extremely nice looking cards. Probably a combination of the two.

I'm feeling the same way on Maddox. He started out above my estimated price range & then each time I'd boost what I was willing to pay with each new listing (as I wanted to land at least one). Well, needless to say they kept rising out of what I was willing to pay; so I guess I'll be happy with the USA patch/auto's #d/295!
