I think Razor needs to find a new sketch artist.

Christopher Knight played Peter Brady on the Brady bunch he also hosted a game show
Justin Guarini Runner up in American Idol season 1 to Kelly Clarkson (Remember Kelly and Justin?)
Linda Blair Played in the Exorcist (Regan) and Exorcist II
Ashley Judd starred in Star Trek the next generation
Larry Hagman from I dream of Genie and the TV Show Dallas

Wow, I didn't recognize a lot of these names either but Pine Tar has all but assured his enshrinement in the Geek Hall of Fame by associating Ashley Judd first and foremost with 2 brief appearances on ST TNG

These were part of the National Pack redemption... All were 1 of 1's done by a single artist...
These were NOT pack inserted....

Razor is baseball only I believe... and that part is what Brian sold.

One thing to keep in mind is that doing sketch cards is hardly a profitable task for most of these artists. It's more about quantity, than quality. Not sure was Razor was paying for these, but I'm going to guess that it's not anything more than a half hour's pay if that.

If you go to the artist's website you'll see some pretty good work.

So...it's the time allotted per sketch, not the talent level.

I checked out the artist's site, and there was some excellent work. Your explanation of having to rush through them sounds pretty logical.

Compared to Topps and Upper Deck, those are some pretty damn good sketches.

YES, the first reported clover was pulled by a doctor at Marty's Sportscard Exchange in Tennessee on Christmas eve.
