I think this is a decent pack

A while back I was at Target and they had some 2006-07 Upper Deck Series 1 for 1.59 a pack. I'm not really a hockey fan, but I knew that the Young Guns were a decent thing to get. So I picked up the 4 packs, I opened them in the car. In the second pack I pulled a Ryan Shannon YG. Opened the rest, didn't see anything that jumped out at me, just some inserts, so I tossed them in the glove box.

Yesterday my wife was in the car and saw them, I told her I bought them a while ago, but nothing of real value, so I didn't bring them inside. When we got back I brought them inside to see if anything was worth sending to COMC in my next shipment. That is when I wondered what these inserts were, only to find out, I probably shouldn't have received them all in one pack:

Oh wow, you got those all in one pack?? These game dated moments should have some value, They where a pretty tough pull and i remember that quite a few people collect these. I think they where something like 1:144? Im sure someone else will know the exact odds. The Iggy and the Cam Ward with the Conn Smythe are very nice.

Yeah, I thought they were just some crap insert since I got 3 in a pack. I almost threw them away. According to Dave & Adam's (not sure if it is the same for retail and hobby), they were 1:288 packs for hobby.

ahhh yes, you are correct, they are 1:288. I know these where pretty popular with player collectors, as they all wanted their guys. Are you gonna try and sell them on ebay?? Did they get dinged in your cars glove box? :lol: The Iginla and Ward might get $15-20 a piece if sold with BIN/BO.

COMC sells cards for people? Excuse me if this is obvious, i have no idea. So they list, sell and ship for you? What % do they take?

Yeah, you ship your cards to them; they scan, list, sell and ship for you. Fees are based on how fast you want each card listed; 15 cents for 8 weeks, 25 cents for 3 weeks, or 50 cents for a week. If you want to cash out, it is 20% fee, or you can use your balance to buy other cards with.
