Silly question but how the heck could he have gotten the Pujols patch in there???

I'v what do they do with the actual patch or swatch? Keep it?
Makes me wonder if some people that bid KNOW they are fake but don't care b/c they like the design so much. I mean fake or not, the patch is eye appealing.
I'm just amazed with all the patch faking that has been done over the years, there are still THAT MANY clueless buyers out there. So there has to be a couple that know they are fake and just don't care.
You make two really interesting points here...
To your first point, I've always been a fan of perception is reality. What I mean by this is people on here will argue back and fourth all day long about is this real or fake, blah blah blah. At the end of the day, if the person who owns it thinks it's real, then that is all that matters? Sounds stupid I know but it's true... Some of my Belle memos/patches might be fake but I don't waste time or energy thinking if it was actually game worn, if it was his actual jersey, could it be fake, etc.
To you second point, if I wasn't on this board, I would probably be included in this group of people. I had NO CLUE that this was even possible or that there were people out there that have the extra time on their hands to actually do this lol... I still am confused why they even do it. Honestly, I don't see the $$ being that much higher and I see ZERO use for the swatch they take out... period.
If the person were told it is a fake, would they buy it (at a price that assumes a real jersey)? Would anyone be okay with paying Rolex price for a fake Rolex? Care to be paid in counterfeit bills?
I've asked this before as well and like watching the pack searchers youtube (also scum of the earth), I'd be interested in seeing how these guys do this because I still don't get it. I personally think it is really stupid because what do they do with the actual patch or swatch? Keep it? lol... just doesn't add up to me. They must just get off on is selling fake **** because I don't see how they really profit or find profit in keeping some small swatch from a given player...

This buyer brenden93 has bought from me plenty of times. He buys some nice high end cards. it could be possible he bought these on the open market. I doubt he is faking them himself but then again who knows.
Make note that I said he's selling them -- not making them. I find it interesting he'd be dumping a number of obvious fakes at once. Almost as though he found out they were fake and is trying to move them.
Major League baseball now requires that if the jersey or item is not witnessed coming from the players body when it is being authenticated it is "Team Issued". Every 2011 World Series Jersey is "Team Issued" and I know alot of them where game used because I have seen photomatches for them. Team Issued is just a blanket statement so that MLB does not get sued, same thing with This Jersey is from no particular event, season, or game wording on the back of cards. And the Jacoby isn't for sure Game Worn, it comes up as Team Issued.
Do you own a jersey of your favorite player that is not game worn? I do. Do you own any other items which are not game worn but are of your player (hat, helmet, bat, etc.)? I do. I actually have a jersey which is not game worn and is signed and I paid to get it framed, bad idea? Not trying to start a side topic here but at the end of the day, this is a scam if sold as authentic but if someone knows it is fake, I can see some who would still be interested in the card... maybe it's just me. Or if someone buys it and says "I don't care if people tell me it's fake, I think it is real... can you blame them? Again, I think this is a scam and it is not good for the hobby but I'm just playing devils advocate.
............................Just read what you wrote and I'm kinda wondering by what you say as, "I'm just playing the devils advocate"?? Advocate for what?? Theft, fraud, deceit?? Just abit confused as to why you'd advocate such things?? I'd really like to know why these type's of things need a person to stand up and say this!!
