You reach the biggest stage of your sport and you basically vanish.

And people compared that clown to Jordan. ::facepalm::

I have never liked him ever since he was drafted... Too much gungho/ego crap he has shown. Hope for the Mavs to win!

He appears to have Peyton Manning syndrome.
Except for the glaring fact that Manning plays one side of the game, has a ring...and has to lean on 10 other players just to score.

Did you watch the game? In crunch time, he couldn't create any shots for himself, and the ones he did create he settled for and missed, plus a couple turnovers. Hurray for guys that look at stat sheets and say he's a superstar cuz he got a triple double.

True, LeBron is the best offensive and defensive player in the regular season while Manning was only playing one side of the ball. Peyton does have one ring, but I credit Rex Grossman for winning Peyton that ring.

Triple Double means nothing. He gets that with ease, they dont have any real big men to rebound, an no Chris Paul to assits, so he gets them easy.

Anyone see the video of him and wade making fun of Dirk.

He was basically a no show. A player of his pay grade and skill should not be putting up 8 points or 18 points. He needs to be a 25 ppg player. I like him as a player, but he is playing very poorly

I'm not defending his 4th quarter, but to only look at the points stat doesn't work. If you actually watched the game he had a number of fast breaks where the defense focused on him and he dished to Wade or someone else running the break for an open layup. He may have hit 80% of those shots and had another 6-8 points to get to the 25 point mark, but he showed his basketball IQ by finding the open shot and building his teammates confidence.

Big deal.

He has averaged 2.2 pts in the 4th quarter during the Finals. And thats through 5 games.

Do you think Jordan, Kobe, Magic, Bird, Kareem or any team superstar over the last 25 years would have checked out in the 4th quarter of any NBA Finals game... let alone 5????

Someone with Tomlinson in his name is bashing Peyton Manning?

If I were Dirk, I would put on a #6 shirt and put my hands around my neck making the international symbol for choking. But of course, Dirk is a little more classy than I.

well it's pretty clear that the first 3 quarters don't even matter, and should not be played. I mean, seriously, championships aren't won in the 2nd quarter! LOLOLOLLMAOROTFLLMAO get it?! Yep, I'm sure LeBron hates basketball and when the 4th quarter comes around he's like "f this I'm gonna read a book"

Nah, just a Patriots fan.

The Tomlinson name came from the message boards before he turned into a whiney bitch. I chose to just keep it when we moved over here instead of creating a new name.

Peyton Manning syndrome? I don't ever recall Peyton riding the success of another QB in Indy. Win or lose, Peyton will go down attempting to make the play. As far as the comparisons to Jordan, this is D-Wade's team.

Lebron James is enraged because they raised the price of Gatorade from .75 to 1.00 in the locker room vending machines. He still can't find the 4th quarter.

LeBron isn't even the best player on his team.
