Personally, I follow the Pros, but I much rather prefer watching college. And there isn't much for card collectors on the college hoops scene.

I've sold off all my non-PC hoops stuff, and don't look to get much more until Curry's autos go down in price after the holidays. But, I still these boards often and hope we get more die-hards here, probably from other boards.

I've been watching a lot of 80's-90's NBA youtube vids, as well as a few modern day blooper vids. I'm trying to get myself back into liking the NBA again, but the Jordan era spoiled me. It just isn't the same.

Watch a few gams with kobe,lebron,carmelo, dwyane wade, Dwight howard, Cp3, nash and so on and you will understand that we are being spoiled right now as well.

I agree. The league as a whole might be weaker with more feast or famine teams, but I'd put the top players we're seeing now against the top players of any era in league history.

I've preached it. I've tried to do it myself. I gave up.

Thats because all the hard core Basketball collectors are on another site (Theres hundreds of them). They have been on another site all together for a number of years. Before that site they were all on the BMB together from the early 2000's up untill about 2005 when they created their own site, similar to what was done here with Baseball. The Hockey collectors also have their own "main" site where they all have been for years together as well.
