the sox took a big early lead, but manny blew it with a bunch of dumb errors in left and the game was tied

bellhorns jack in the 8th hit peskys poll and the rest is history

No it probably does not mean much to anyone....

...but agreed, as a Seattle Resident, this is one of the greatest images in Mariners history. That or Randy pointing to the air after his no-hitter.
