I love my Cardinals and I also love the way KC plays old school ball.

I was just talking about a KC/STL W.S. today. I mentioned to one of my co-workers that does not watch baseball until the playoffs (playoffs? Did someone say playoffs? playoffs? Sorry I couldn't resist) that it has been 29 years since KC made it there and if they ended up playing and beating the team that beat them back in 1985 then it would be something special.

That would be cool to see a rematch of the 1985 World Series. I really hope KC makes it. Great story and they are a small market team.

It was super exciting. Of course, I was hoping for a Dodgers/Angels World Series so the Dodgers could smash SF in the NLCS and then run over Anaheim, but I'm a little biased.

I think overall, the general public would hate an all Missouri World Series.

Just like I would hate an all California World Series.

I would love to see the Orioles or Royals play the Cardinals.

The Orioles used to play in St. Louis, as the St. Louis Browns. Satchel Paige played for them.
