If you could buy one prospect right now, regardless of $, who would it be?

Even if prices were higher than you liked at the time, what player would you grab up if you had "free money" or were playing with house money?

Trout's time has passed to buy. Waaaay too high. Luckily I got in on a couple platinum autos under $40.

Not certain but think the op was asking irregardless of price, so say the player you think is most likely to succeed. Of course Trout is no longer a prospect...

Bundy ... I can see him gathering (even more) steam over the next year and making a much-hyped debut towards the end of 2013.

I gotta say Billy Hamilton. With the chase for the record, he's going to be so HYPED UP at the Futures Game that it's going bring in some other collectors/Reds fans to his cards that would not normally know who he was. AND his lower end parallels (the non 2009 bdp) are so cheap that it's hard not to invest "pennies" in him with a great ROI IMO.

I don't think Hamilton's chromes are going for pennies or have been for while...

No worries and didn't mean to sound like a jerk.. I thought your point was valid and went to check them out on the bay and saw that they were not that cheap...

Good opinions guys. Yeah, I didn't exactly mean "throw your money away" when I said that money is no object. There should still be room to grow. There is ZERO chance Trouts cards will be above $125 in this off-season, so you're basically throwing away $200 or more if you buy at these prices.

I have to agree with Profar and Sano (too bad some of Sano's cards look like crap).
