I guess if your ultimate pitcher sports a jheri curl, enjoys throwing old men to the ground, and travels with a midget.

Don Zimmer said he was hunting for Pedro the whole time, and when Pedro walked out there he went running at him to tackle him and beat his ass. He 100% knows Pedro did the only thing he could do. What should he have done? Turned and ran way from the fat old bastard like a scared little XXXXX? I bet you Yankee fans would have loved that even more. So Pedro's options were run away, stay and take a beating, stay and deliver a beating, or toss the old man aside and step away. He chose perfectly. Don't be jealous of the Jheri curl, and his name was Nelson, midgets are people too, or aren't midgets allowed to be friends with full size people?

This statement is just sad. If an old bald guy runs at you in an attempt to fight you what would you do? If Pedro punched him he could have killed the old guy so he appropriately tossed his dumb*** aside. Love the attack on the Jheri curl and friend because you realize he was one if the greatest pitchers the game has ever seen, at least for a stretch. He had gaudy numbers in the AL East when offense was at its height. Typical Yankee fan statement though.

Red Sox fans get so butthurt when you tease Pedro. No Yankee fan thinks Pedro is anything less than one of the best pitchers of all time, but go ahead and get offended at an off-handed sarcastic line. I see Don Zimmer coming at me like that, I just step aside and watch him hit the ground on his own.

The ultimate pitcher only needs one thing to challenge the baseball world as best pitcher:

The bravery to pitch (and succeed) at Coors Field. I dare Kershaw to test free agency when it's available and sign with the Rockies!

Righty
Ryan's Fastball
Darvish's Slider
Wainwright's Curve
Lincecum's Change
Rivera's Cutter
Dickey's Knuckle (try and hit that when you're geared up for Ryan's heat lol)

Lefty
Johnson's Fastball
Johnson's Slider
Kershaw's Curve
Sabathia's Change (?)
Lee's Cutter (?)
I don't think I need the cutter and I don't really know a lefty with an absolutely dominant change or just can't pull it off the top of my head

Steve Carltons Slider
Randy Johnsons Fastball
Kershaws Curve

I think i wouldnt need a 4th pitch...

I was thinking of Carlton's slider as well. Francisco Liriano's 90 MPH slider before he hurt his arm was pretty damn devastating.
