Why these 2?

I just always liked Showalter going back to his Yankees days as manager. Stengel was before my time, but the stories I've read about him, I just think he would be an entertaining manager to watch.

I think if I were to make a decision as to who would lead my team to the World Series, it would definitely have to be Billy Martin, that man was outta control and he knew how to manage a team! I would probably fire and rehire him 4 or 5 times, but it would be great!

I can't answer for Cox, however, being a Yankees fan, I can say that Torre was a horrible manager of the bullpen. He overused many good pitchers. That would be the reason I wouldn't choose him as my manager.
