Based on the uneducated buying up of all the rookie cards anytime this has happened, Ive always wondered what would happen if Doc did it. I have to admit, im surprised by the result! :?

I guess EVERYONE already knows how good he is?

Surprised my BIN hasn't got hit yet. Had a huge lot already up.. Had a lot of interest on it previously. Thought it would've been hit.

I have the Chicle Red Umbrella 1/1 of his listed, and have only recieved 1 offer... Judging from the completed auctions, I think with the Flyers game, a Saturday night, and a Holiday weekend we are not having the normal sales after something like this.

By the time people return to buy stuff the market will be flooded...

Ah that's you :) Good luck!

Fun to see two in a month!

Heck of a way to re-assert his spot in the Cy Young talk after a couple of dud games. And Lance is right, Ruiz called a great game tonite. Doc even said "Chooch" made him throw some pitches early on he didn't feel good about, they worked, and things took off from there.

Kind of bittersweet that it didn't happen in Toronto but I still am thrilled for him. Couldn't happen to a better player.

I just watched the condensed game on MLB At Bat and the weird thing is he wasn't nearly as dominant as I expected. Probably not even in his top-5 starts. But everything came together perfectly.

Congrats to Halladay! Having watched the game I must say the home ump was VERY generous with the corners giving him six inches both ways. Coughlan had a point when he ******* about it. But still I'm happy for Halladay, wish I had kept picking him up like I was 6 years ago.

It sucks that he spent 12 years with Toronto (who has had only 1 no hitter in there history) and he never pitched one, yet 11 games into his stint with Philly, he pitches not only a no hitter, but a perfect game. Terrific.

The Jays have been no hit a few times and in their 30 plus years have only seen 1 pitcher throw a no hitter for them and he didnt do it at home either.

Call me a ***** but I am not overly happy that doc threw one.
