I've been informed that this may be a stamped autograph. In looking at it under the light's glare, there isn't any kind of a reflection from the ink, and I'm not sure there were felt-tipped pens before Campy died. It's definitely not ball-point, as there aren't any indentations in the card like there would be if a pen was pressed into it. Next time I'm anywhere near a National, maybe I'll run it by JSA or PSA for authentication.
