Did they just sent it in a PWE with the wrong amount of postage on it? Was it a bubble mailer with stamps?

I had a buyer once contact me when they received a card from me postage due. In my situation, I paid through Paypal shipping, but the envelope wasn't thick enough for Delivery Confirmation so they made the buyer pay the difference to get it up to Priority.

Bingo. My post office is notorious for doing that. Apparently they have the time to go through each package and check. I know some sellers offered to make it right and offer a free card or two to make up for it.

I get a LOT of postage due stuff, mainly because of the 3/4" delivery confirmation "rule". Seems like my PO is one of the few that strictly enforces this rule. I always email the seller explaining the postage due, and they have always refunded me what I had to pay. You can also refuse the package and it will be sent back to the seller and they can resend...

Leaving a NEG without trying to resolve via email is poor business practice (IMO).

This is a day that will go down in FCB history...the day the facepalm smiley was installed.
