I have the Expos version /10 as well but am reluctant to scan it as they come out so blurry.

I got his Gypsy Queen leather mini in Monday's mail...but I am ashamed to say I didn't get any other Gary Carter cards since the late 80s.

knowing that Gary was a fellow card geek (as a kid) makes that card have a lot of meaning

He collected as an adult as well! My understanding is that he had a rather large collection of Topps and O-Pee-Chee baseball! I had a chance to speak to him once about his collecting and got the impression he was pretty passionate about it early in his career.

First baseball card I ever traded for. I was about 12. I gave a stack of cards for it as he was my favourite player as a kid.
