Info needed on this Yankees team set.

I'm looking for some info on this Yankees set. I purchased what I think is the complete team set. I think it was around 2005. I was checking out my team set and noticed a crease on my Mariano Rivera card so I'd like to hunt another one down to upgrade it. I remember having a hell of a time trying to find this set for my O'Neill PC. For the life of me I can't remember anything about the set other than it's possibly from 2001 due to the 2000 stats on back. Canseco is also in this set and he only played for the Yankees in 2000. Thanks in advance for any info.
