Apparently, the motion for TRO was lost by MLBP.

As many threads are useless without pictures, this thread is somewhat useless without actually reading the motions/orders. I have no desire to pay PACER to retrieve the records; anyone have 'em, other than the complaint?

I'll see if I can grab it next time I go in, if you want to pm me your email, that'd make things easier.
