Yuck. I'm guessing Player 1 is Michael Burgess. I don't know the other guy but I wouldn't want either one. The averages are putrid and it will only get tougher.

Greg Halman all day.

All he is going to have to do is start taking walks because that is most fundamental thing in baseball. Once pitchers realize he can manage a strikezone he will get better pitches to hit.... Most of his HR's I would imagine have been Vlad golfed.....

If he cant learn that by the time he is in AAA ( Micheal Bourn & Jeff Francouer) then you worry.....

Well how is that any different than Michael Burgess? Burgess has the same problem... recognizing his strikezone.

Burgess just doesn't have a lot of room for error. He is displaying alot of the same problems that dropped him from being a Top 10 pick and his swing has zero loft right now. What do you like about Burgess right now ? With Halman, your getting a good display of power at a higher level. A team like the Mariners will be patient with Greg Halman because they have no other choice but to be patient, the Nationals will not be with Burgess in order to stick with the " The Plan".

What worrys me about Halman is that he dominated in A but his promotion is almost looking premature. Homeruns are there but thats it, low double and what happened to his stolen bases? And for the Nationals, what is "the plan" haha.

The Plan- To have a in house groomed position player at every position by 2011. This was Russo's plan with the D-Backs also. Yes, Brynes is there but that wasn't part of the plan.
