Is 04 TC Hobby Boxes A Good Buy At $20?

Went to the shop the other day and he said he found a case of 04 topps chrome baseball, he had them marked at 20 bucks a box. I wasn't totally sure if it was worth it, but what are your opinons?

Didn't 2004 Topps Chrome come in two "mini boxes" per regular box?

Perhaps that's what he's selling.

Nope, that was 2005 that had the mini's.
