topps the chase

I have been trying to do it and on the 2nd I picked zimmerman and trout. They both got a hit on the 3rd so my count went to 1. Then they both got a hit yesterday and now my count instead of being 2 thy are both gone and the count is 0. Why is that? I had them both under the streak 1.
This has to be the most confusing thing Topps has ever done....

i am actually on hold right now trying to call topps about the chase. i have had 2 streaks ended by topps for no reason? one was a 12 game streak, i picked ryan howard, who got a hit, but topps put me back to 0. and again when my streak hit 7, i had adam jones, who also got a hit, but topps put me down to 0 again?????????? i cannot believe this, how is anyone supposed to win when topps just ends your streak whenever they feel, i will see if i can get any answers from this call, which i really doubt. since the emails i sent were never responded to. i will keep you all posted.

Unfortunately, I gave up when I got to a 5 game streak, then missed the next game and i got no prize....another complete joke and failure by topps

I've had one 5 game streak. Got a free code! Damn, I wish I would have sold my codes when they were fetching $1 or more a piece right when the product went live. I'm sitting on 300 of them, figured once the season started, they'd become more sought after, guess not. I think they are selling for 30-40 cents each now. I guess I'll just have to create another 9 accounts and have 30 streaks going at once. Maybe I'll get lucky and win an autograph or 2.

Got rid of mine quick because I knew this thing was going to tank. I'm surprised with all these issues (streaks getting reset to zero when they should not be and Topps not responding to peoples complaints about it) no one is reaching out to the New York Attorney General's office to have them look into this.

Has anyone's streak updated today? I should be at 14 but it's still showing as 13, same as yesterday. I started Adam Jones so I should have recorded a hit.
