Is anyone good at making custom cuts?

I was cleaning my desk off, and I came across two index card autos. One is of Duke Snider and the other is of Fernando Martinez. I was wondering if anyone could make them into a normal sized card, and I was wondering how much they charged.

EDIT-If it looks nicer as a game used/auto'd card, I could buy a game used jersey of Snider or of F-Mart if he has.
