Is it worth buying cases of Bowman Jumbo at current prices?

I was about to buy 2 cases on blowoutcards, but I an hesitating on hitting the confirm order button. Just seems like a huge let down

How many cases have most people bought?

When should I expect the cases? 5/13-5/14?

waaaaaayyyyy more, since they are the pull of the product and very rare. Thats my point tho, the only card out of this that is SP'ed and scarce is the Strasburg that everybody is chasing....

All of the other stuff, even of top prospects will be on the bay en masse...and then supply and demand will take over. Plus guys who usually gobbled up singles with the money they would have instead spent on a case have spent their money on a case and will be looking to sell as well.

I love it...I got jacked around by my LCS on buying a case of this so I didn't....after seeing how many casual rippers are in on this and will be trying to make $$$ back early and often I decided to spend that money on singles and the rainbow of my prospect in the set.

I can see Strasburgs touching $300 early and settling in over $200 because they will have tons of interested parties and a limited supply.

ouch...so with 2 cases I don't even have a 50% chance in hitting one.

It's going to be a haven for singles buyers. There could be 10-20 gold refractors of a guy listed in the first week.

Exactly, the ONLY reason I would even think about going after a Strasburg non-chrome auto is because it will probably be his only non-USA auto available when he makes his ML debut (assuming he doesn't suck in AAA).

Huff- Hard to predict, but I wouldn't be surprised to see non-auto'd chromes going for $7-$12 each. This guy is in a class of his own as far as prospects go.
