Has anything good happened for the Browns since they hired Mangini?? He has pissed off one of our best DL, talked about trading one of the most popular players(Quinn). He traded Winslow which could be looked at as a good thing or a bad. but over all its been one bad thing after another since he has come to the team. i really hope he can turn things around. i dont know maybe i am reading too much into the recent events. let me know what you guys think.

he's a product of Belichick system......he's a young and cocky head coach who thinks his shat don't stink because where he came from......he'll fail.....and Bronco fans should watch closely because this is a preview of what's going to happen in Denver with Josh McDaniels.

Agreed. They go from Crennel to Mangini. It's almost like they're trying to relive the first Browns in the early 90s when Belicheat was their coach, and they won their last playoff game. Or perhaps they're trying to mimic the success of the Patriots, but they only obtain the minions, not the master Cheat himself - Belichick. I guess the Patriots don't teach their underlings how to bend the rules, tamper with players, and how to run a video camera.

I also don't like the desperation in New York with bringing in Favre. I don't know the extent of Mangini's involvement there, but I'm sure it was part his idea or working.

At least Charlie Weiss, another Belichick product, is doing well and beloved by fans at Notre Dame...oh wait...

I love when people maintain the "cheating" argument, while the Pats are 29-6 post-spygate with a less talented defense than the three super bowl teams
But I don't think Mangini is a good HC. He inherited most of Belichick's bad qualities and none of his good ones. But he's not the one talking about trading Quinn, as he doesn't have full control; the new GM, George Kokinis, does.
