Is Pro Debut anything more longterm than TriStar, Just etc

As I am not familiar with this set, are the debuts of players in the Bowman Draft or are they from something else like just minor leaguers?

Pro Debut is a new Topps Minor League product.
Yes, many of the players in this product already have cards in Bowman or Elite Extra but for many players, TPD is their first card.

Although this is officially a Minor League product, most of the 2009 Draft Picks (and many previous year DP's) are featured in pro uniforms (or slight variations) of the team who drafted them along with the pro team's logo (again, maybe a slight variation)

So Slade Heathcott is pictured in a Yankees uniform with a Yankees logo on the card.
