Duh, I never saw that on his cap. Must be old age eyes...

The reason for the "can't fix stupid" caption is because the guy is wearing a hat backwards and shielding his eyes with his hand. If he had the hat on correctly, it would block the sun for him.

Everyone around him is wearing Cubs stuff, so I would say it's at a Cubs game.

With that bill bent like that, it would be hard to wear forward with sunglasses on. But shouldn't the sunglasses block the sun? I'm confused and slightly dumber from seeing the pic. thanks.

It is at Wrigley and as for the sun there are times even with sunglasses on you need to
do what he is doing because of the angle of the sun. I have to do it almost every morning
now on the way to work, and I have the visor down and sunglasses on.
