Looking at them really closely, I don't like how the "1" in "'12" looks a little shorter on both those than on other buybacks, where the 1 an 2 look identical in height.

Could be just the scans, too hard to tell. Would want to see in person and compare foil stamps to a known good one before taking a chance on either of them.

Correct. There are foil-stamped 1963 buy back box toppers.

Edit- though the prices i might not agree with if you are to work out a deal with him buy in complete faith they are real.

I just don't get how topps buys back these two cards, but I have never seen a SINGLE copy of some of the commons from last year's set.
