Is there anyway to block bidders with zero feedback?

i have recently been getting a tremendous amount of bidders who have zero feedback and never pay for the card they won, it is VERY annoying and i was wondering if there was any way of preventing this?

i'm pretty sure this can be done when you are listing the item... i couldn't tell you the exact spot, as i don't list very often, but i know it's there.

You can only block bidders with -1 or lower.

That is correct But you will never see that again (until change) because you cannot leave negative for anyone anymore...so all new bidders will never get a negative..
