Is there anyway to use paypal shipping w/out payment?

Is there any way I could type in the address and print a paypal shipping label without necessarily getting the payment through paypal? For example, for trades, can I use it or do I just have to go to the regular PO?

I always just used the Multi Shipping option which is right under tools on the top left of your account page. Its always worked for me.
