Is there really a market for these Topps wall art?

I see some of the 1/1s relisted on ebay for quite a high markup but never really see any sell. I think the cost on Topps website is high also. Has anyone bought any of these? Whats everyones opinion on long term collectibility?

I haven't bought the 1/1, but I bought a 1984 Sandberg large print and it is very nice. Will get it framed eventually. Also bought a 71 Billy Williams for my Dad and a 1975 Carlton Fisk for a friend.
