Is this a 93 Finest Refractor?

I can't really tell,i don't have any to compare too.My Greenwells are stored away,so i can't compare it to them.The ebay scans i looked at hard to tell.

If you had one, you'd be able to tell. Especially if you take it into sunlight.

Nope.

The green ones are sometimes hard to tell from just the scan but the ones similar to the one in your scan are usually pretty clear whether they're a refractor or not.
