is this a fair offer on a price psa 10 xfractor auto?

psa really seems to lack bringing much of a premium and since Price sale prices have fallen in the past he seems to have hit a ceiling in going back up even though hes off to a 7-1 start. What type of potential does this card have in your mind and what would it take to reach that.

I won a ref auto bgs 9.5 tonight for 96...so I'd say thats a decent price.

But I'm stashing as fast as I can right now...because the spike is gonna come eventually. Surely!

A little low on offer. Price should be All Star this year. His cards should start getting serious attention at All Star time if he continues his pace.
