Is this a refractor?

I just bought it. I think it is a refractor, but I'm not totally convinced. What do you think?

No expert here but from a glance it doesn't look like a refractor.

The only reason they look different is because this one is a scan and the one you purchased was a pic. The Sterlings scan dark.

Not a refractor. That's how the base autos look in person. The scans come out much darker.

I do see one difference though...the light glowing edge around Tillman's silhouette...it's present in the picture...and in the scan of the refractor, but not the scan of the base.

I know nothing about this issue though, I hope it pans out. It seems odd to me that a guy who sells modern cards only, with good feedback, would either not know if a card is refractor or be outright fraudulent.

Edited to say...I see now that the OP was hoping this card to be a refractor, not that the seller stated it was...never mind...not fraudulent.

Oh well, I guess I paid a couple dollars above the average going rate. But it's still a nice card.
