So, I just sold something on ebay, and I got something saying ebay is holding my funds till confirmed delivery. I just want to make sure this isnt some scam. The buyer has a good track record. here is the link

So ebay is an escrow service now? Tell the buyer that you can't send the card until ebay releases YOUR money.

I wonder if ebay is ever going to come up with a laundry list like that to protect sellers.

it is legit if you dont have much of a selling history or recent selling history or have had issues

I fall into not much selling history, although I just completed a $250 sale, and this one is $25. I hate ebay sometimes.

Seems legit, but eBay makes no sense sometimes, neither does paypal.
