Physically, he looks to be a bit lacking in the 'tough guy' department. And legally, there was nothing written in that article that could not be proven fact. He would be foolish to even persue it as it would only lead to putting a bigger spotlight on his scamming ways..

You obviously never seen the 15 goons he rolls with at shows for protection. Why do you think to this day no one has said anything, you ever seen the tv show Rob and big? Picture 15 bigs.

What are you talking about he usually travels solo or with asain Vinny. Here at the NY shows he has been told straight up that he is a theif etc. There have been a ton of threads where we (the people really at the shows) wrote about the events.

I almost bought from this guy at the East Coast National, but thanks to Joe. I didn't. Didn't know that was him. I sorta want to go like say something to him. He won't punch a 16 year old. ( i hope )

Yeah, but this guy is a trading card "thug", not some mafioso. He would have no idea how to find anyone, plus he already has problems with the law. He would be risking spending a lot of time in jail if anything happened. I wouldn't worry about this tool-bag for one second.

Then they could all spend time in jail together, should they make it past the "home defense system". I would never welcome that sort of behavior, but if someone is stupid enough to show up at my residense looking for trouble then they would have to pay the consequense that comes along with that.

I'm glad to see someone taking a stand and starting the process that will finally be the end of Burge's thieving days. Nobody should ever feel intimidated by a sports card "thug".

Last time he caught a case for assault was over 10 years ago. I wouldn't fear him. If you do get approached and are scared- Threaten to trim him. If he calls your bluff kick him in his buyback and poke him in his jersey window and hopefully damage the edges then get the fake outta there.

3 years ago at the nationals he was rolling deep and the 2 times I seen him after that his guys where all spread out all over the floor buying stuff for him I guess. I never heard anyone tell him he was a thief but you have no reason to make it up. I guess I missed these threads.

I suppose at the Nats he would be with some of his croonies but on the east coast he flies solo or with a friend. He is anything but intimadating. He actually is nice and tries to explain do not believe everything you hear type nonsense. I gave him some **** at the ECN and a few times before that. I have preached to many of the dealers at these shows and some of them just rufuse to sell to him now. Hey man every little bit helps.

IF I approach him at the next show, and like try to interview him, and I have like a hidden camera on me, or someone behind me is video taping, that'd make great press on here. I'd be in the HOF!
