I follow one rule when buying auto'd memorabilia

1. If it i didnt get it in person or it doesnt have a COA from one of the few companies that i trust then i will just believe it to not be real.

I don't like the ose but it is also signed in what looks like a fat magic marker so could be part of the issue. Unless it's a steal with a cert from a major comp I'd look for others there are a ton of Rose stuff with good certs to choose from he signs more than Feller.

It's probably real, but the marker used absolutely sucks. I'd pass...he's prolific and they'll be other deals.

Looks real to me. Can't imagine someone forging Rose. He signs a ton. There are, however, better autos to be had of him.
