Is this worth trying to resubmit for a higher grade?

Recently got this in the mail, I am either planing on cracking it and keeping it raw or resubmitting it and hoping for a 9.5.

Can anyone help me out with the odds that it gets bumped to a 9.5. I really don't grade at all.

That surface would have to be a 9.

It would also need the corners bumped to a 9.5 for a 9 surface to get a gem (or the surface getting bumped up to a 9.5.)

I know there are some surface issues that are "fixable" but I am not an expert. If it's that type of issue it may be worth trying again. If not, it's a long way from a 9.5 and probably not worth the cost to try.

i dont know... the centering is extremely nice but the top left corner looks bad 9 is the highest you will get on corners only way u gem it is if your surface gets bumped and haven't seen the back of the card so hard to tell

Keep it as a BUS 9, not worth regrading really.

Not really sure how it is a 9 instead of an 8.5. Had many cards with the exact same subs that are 8.5. What about the rule of "overall grade can only be .5 higher than the lowest sub". Can't see the corners getting better than 8.5 as both the top front look weak just from the scan. Unless it's a really expensive card, if it doesn't grade 9.5 I prefer raw.
