Item delivered but buyer claims non receipt

Well that was interesting. I just escalated the case with paypal so that they could resolve it and now minutes later it appears as though the dispute was cancelled and the temporary hold placed those funds has ended. I don't think paypal would have dealt with it that fast. So, I'm guessing the buyer saw the escalation, realized he couldn't get me to automatically refund and cancelled it?

Or it finally showed up. There have been many instances where mail will show delivered and wont show up for a few days later. That could be the case here.
