My question is why the hell did it take so long?! I have been asking a lot of people I talk to why they didn't go after him.We have jack at our catching positions and I am not sure Castro will be ready as soon as everyone thinks he will.At least now the #8 spot won't be so darn bad in the lineup.

Love it, Love it, Love it (he ain't what he used to be but he's still 10x better than what we had)!!! His contract is supposedly for 1.5 mil with another 1.5 mil in incentive's...I say if he shows up this year & produces what our starting catcher produced last year (which isn't much & shouldn't be the least bit hard for I-Rod) then we hand over those incentives! I'm just happy for the upgrade!
