Yup, and it's already back up on eBay.

We were actually talking about that on aim the other night.

Well, I suppose that's a good flip! I am surprised the original seller actually delivered.

Why?
He Listed it.
BIN was hit 5 Hours AFTER it was listed.
Binding contract.
If it was a mistake listing, wouldn't you think you'd check your listing after you listed them?
I do.

I saw this card after it was first listed, and can guarantee there was no BIN. If there was, I would have pounced on it in a New York minute. It was added after the fact.

Why? Because I have seen it happen countless times with prospect cards. A seller lists an item before checking to see what comparable cards sell for. Once the card sells and he/she happens to check the eBay value of the card it mysteriously is "lost" or "damaged".

So it lasted for 5 hours, big deal. Maybe there weren't any Odorizzi collectors on Saturday afternoon/evening checking newly listed items. Also, as Jaypers has said, the BIN could have been added at a later time. If that is the case then the seller really should have checked completed items, but perhaps it was a sale/trade deal and that is why the BIN was added.

eBay's "binding contracts" are a joke. If a seller "breaks" a contract by not sending an item and the buyer reports it, then eBay (paypal) will make the seller refund the money. There isn't anything they can do for compensation above and beyond the sale price of the card.

I check my listings as well, but unfortunately not everyone does. See the first section of this reply regarding this.
