Yeah, I drooled a bit when I saw it. And I am very glad that a Mexican got a card in the set and as an added bonus he is a local. I wouldn't have been able to afford Urias.

Good eye! That is indeed a blue tint.

At this point I am pretty sure I will never finish my sets, because the tints are just NEVER listed. I lack 4 green tints, 9 red tints, and 21 blue tints.
